im really sorry to bug you like that with all those question, but evrytime i hit a wall and pass it i find another wall behind it

I cant figgure out how to create a Moving Gate, wich works by command, and If so i need to create a New team (LSPD) That only that team can open the gates?
Btw, LSPD gates.
