I guarantee that it has no effect on anyone else, because I don't affect anyone on my server when I play via satellite and 1000 - 1300ms ping.

It affects the hell out of me...but it doesn't have any influence on anyone else whatsoever.

Anyone pitching a fit that some HPB (high ping bastard) is ruining their ability to DM, simply sucks at DM and they are looking for something to blame it on.

Period.
