Not really, I have a 2.4ghz Intel dual core and an ATI HD4650 1gb video card with only 2gb of DDR2 RAM and i can run it on high settings without lag.

and I can run it without loosing much fps XD

It's the pc of me mum recently cuz mine is broken and im going to buy a new one anywayz since
