Unfortunately, programs only decrease the amount of other resource hogging programs. It won't make your PC "better" in any way. Which Graphics card would you recommend for me? You can't install a new video card. Laptops aren't interchangeable completely, and the graphics card just happens to be one of those pieces you just can't replace.
