neah it just cleans unused extensions.Its really imortant.Maybe it's the the ISP of yours.Here in Greece the ISP it like that I lag 5 days per week lol |

And as for my ISP, its actually very good. I also did a test at speedtest.net and my results were higher than average.
Also, I tried single player and that lags as well.
