In OnPlayerSpawn you simply distinguish between teams by if-statements.
If(blala team_ballas) {
...
SetPlayerInterior(...);
...
} else if(blabla team_somethingelse{
SetPlayerInterior(...);
}
If(blala team_ballas) {

SetPlayerInterior(...);
...
} else if(blabla team_somethingelse{
SetPlayerInterior(...);
