no, there 4 dual rooms, if all 4 rooms are taken, you have to wait till one of them are done.
if you do /watchduels ingame, it teleports you to the opposite side of the rooms, there u see there 4 rooms, so you can see all 4 duels.

why is that a problem then? if you copy and paste this into your GM, just make sure you got the "#define dcmdetc. etc. etc." with it, then it also works for your GM
