Is that bug? I'm building new town in (N) South (more like 100meter's) and there's is my new island aka town.
That will doenst it, if you havent entered car. If you have entered car, then you can do it.

That is big bug, what we needed it fixed or we cant build new town, and using LS, SF, LV...
My server name is Estonia Roleplay, wich good server. 1.March is server birthday. ^^ (Also uptime was 10 month's.)
