IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint is faster then PlayerToPoint (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint)
Also edit the following:
all SafeGivePlayerMoney to GivePlayerMoney (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/GivePlayerMoney)
all SafeResetPlayerWeapons to ResetPlayerWeapons (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/ResetPlayerWeapons)
all SafeGivePlayerWeapon to GivePlayerWeapon (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/GivePlayerWeapon)
