sorry didnt really understand so do u still have xp or now with ur new laptop did u get vista or windows 7. If its vista and ur are using debug mode or samp.exe to /save u need right click then go run as administrator everytime u use it or go properties then compatibilty then click the box saying run as admins do that only once.
