To the OP: You basicly need around 40KBps for each player. So if you have 60 players, thats 60 x 0.04mb = 2.44MBps. So that means a 1MBps upstream can host at most a 30 man server (if all 30 are playing) this also means that you can't be running anything else of that connection or PC.
