Thanks to Tannz0rz for is a_angles include, i edited his SetPlayerFaceToPlayer and made IsPlayerFacingVehicle from it :P
Note: On bigger cars (Dumper etc.) you will have to spray into it's center :P

This filterscript allows you to respray vehicle using a spraycan
Just load the FS, get spray and use it on vehicle, it will be repaired and it's color will change
