Rate support: (1-10) 9 - I think the operator Rita is very helpfull and that he/she will do as much as possible to help.
Rate pricing: (1-10) 9 - It could be cheaper due to there are hosts out there with cheaper slots.

Rate control panel: (1-10) 10 - I love the new design its so unique i dont know many hosts that have there own system
Things that make this host amazing: - There sucsessfullness and there uniqueness
Things that make this host horrible: - There prices abit expensive - 22p a slot
