On my server. Weapon skill levels are calculated by how much score you have. So I have 1800 score, so I have 999 weapon skill for all weapons. My friend has 21 score, so he has 21 weapon skill. So that means he is ranked poor for weapon skills, and I am ranked hitman right?
Anyway. We were having a gun fight, and I noticed that he was able to move his character while shooting with an ak47 (Which can only be done with hitman rank). Except that there were no bullets coming out, and I asked him to check his weapon skills in the menu/stats/weapons. And he says that he is ranked hitman in weapon skills. But on my side, I see that he is ranked poor in weapon skills. So it's not working properly.
