Power Mac G5 Eh? Finally someone else still has Power Mac.
Anyway the Power Mac G5 has been known to do this.
Here is a list of the things, you need to try and find which is your problem:
1 blink = no RAM installed
2 blinks = incompatible RAM types <-----THIS IS YOURS TRY THIS
3 blinks = no good banks
4 blinks = no good boot images in the boot ROM (and/or bad sys config block)
5 blinks = processor is not usable
try and replace your RAM/MEMORY
