What you mean it doesn't work ? .. MTA (Race) Maps are saved into:
C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\maps
by default, if you dont have the "maps" folder DeathOnaStick create it
I dont know about new MTA Map Editor since i never used it.
