Subnets aren't the thing you are reffering to... You are refering to the B Class address...


A Class = 192.*.*.*
B Class = 192.168.*.*
C Class = 192.168.1.*
D Class = 192.168.1.12

Subnets = 255.255.255.0

But yes, You need to ban the range he's in and pray that none of your normal players are in the ranges.
