/v anti spam NOT GODFATHER

So heres the vehcile spawning filter script i was using its GREAT but it lets my users spawn more then one vehicle what i want to happen is when a player spawns a new vehicle the old vehicle gets deleted also can somone help me make it so that when they get put into the vehicle with the command that they dont get shot up so high just a bit lower
