Server doesnt appear online

I am finally finished with my adminscript and really want to test it with someone but my server doesnt come up online whenever i open up "samp-server" and copy my ip

ort in the favorites tab, this keeps coming "retrieving info" and the server doesnt appear to be online. Anyone wanna help?
