I'm working on something but I got several questions I need to get answered

Is it possible to save things in a array for a certain vehicle, so that if someone enters that vehicle, it reads from the dini file of the car?

I have several dini files, for every player one, from a register system. In that file are things like vehx vehy vehz and vehid. Can I make it spawn all the vehicles of all the dini files? So when I have 3 accounts with three cars, that when the gamemode starts all the three cars spawn from the dini files?
