Rate support: (1-10) 3 always if i ask support i get a random person and he doesnt know anything bout the problem or he is trying to deny that the problem is there. >.<
Rate pricing: (1-10) 8, Reasonable prices.
Rate performance: (1-10) 6, i get ddossed by angry nerds all the time and since the support isnt that good.. it has a bit crap performance.
Rate ordering: (1-10) 10, goes quick and easy.
Rate control panel: (1-10) 10, easy and user friendly.

Things that make this host amazing: Reasonable prices and you can pay by paypal.
Things that make this host horrible: The Support is lazy to help, and some of them really dont know where they talking about.
Will you renew: Well yeah but i hope i dont get any more problems..
Moving to another host: Dunno.
