I would have to destroy and recreate the map icon on each update if its position has changed, and this would not exactly be a smooth transition unless the tickrate has been set to a very low number. On a related note, Rebel suggested object grouping to me some time ago on IRC. I think this could be quite useful, so I might implement it later. |
