Okay i've searched and cannot find anything that relates to whats happening.
I can't see the vehicle but I can drive it and if i run into it, its there. Also the car is shown on the minimap but is just not visible.
Half way through the AddStaticVehicleEx list theres 16 cars that arnt visible and then the rest of the cars above and under them are visible. Its only that certain ammount that isnt showing.
Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Its not in an interior.
