Are you spelled wrong the NPC's name at OnPlayerSpawn?
Are you writted wrong your npc's function (car or onfoot-bot) in your npcmodes folder?
Are you created an NPC script?

Are you copied the record to Npcmodes\recordings?
And I can write more, but I don't want... try answering these questions
