1: What's your ISP (Find out @ Speedtest.net)
2: What's your connection speed? (Find out @ Speedtest.net)
3: What's your ping to the server? (Obviously you can see your ping either in the player list or the SA-MP server list)
4. What kind of hardware are you using to access the internet (For me, I'm using a wifi card because i have a local network)
Maybe your card is going out, you have a really high ping and it's taking forever to get responses and then times out.
