Nothing is stoping you, and if Boylett has a copyright or "license" he claims he first has to show it to you "with proof" even on the script itself and its scripting so lets say you use one and there's no agreements no copyrights on it use it all you wants there's nothing he can do about it no law can do nothing.

no law would even care to be honest. Because i can just bet so much that he doesn't even have a copyright agreement with any governments, And when he does you always gotta have that agreement on the thing you release such as "open source" aka "pwn file" He released it and i never to this day saw any "licenses" or "copyrights" so just use it.
