maybe your file "USERDATA.DAT" in the GTASA directory is messed up.
i would suppose you to:
1) make a backup of that file (copy it to another location)
2) right-click that file, then "open with", then choose notepad.
3) copy-n-paste all server-IPs, and write them down either to a sticky note or something like that
4) delete that file, then open SAMP again, and start adding them to fav tab
dont forget to mark the port too when marking them...
