Rate support: (1-10) 3/10 - Not very kind staff, lie a few times. Already mentioned alot. Also rude.
Rate pricing: (1-10) 6/10 - Their pricing is good, on most servers.
Rate performance: (1-10) 4/10 - Had breakdowns before, taken around a week to fix on some. Gets annoying after a while, but thats technology.
Rate ordering: (1-10) 7/10 - Simple to order, simple to sort out.
Rate control panel: (1-10) 7/10 - Very nice panel, need a few bugs fixing, but its good other than that.

Things that make this host amazing: Prices, Control Panel, sometimes Performance.
Things that make this host horrible: Lieing, ignoring, sarcastic support / staff, horrible support, horrible everything. Saying i have to pay for my support now. Technical support does nothing. Being threatened. All being assholes.
Will you renew: Only if they make it so i have to use their money system.
Moving to another host: Yes.
