Rate support: (1-10) 8 Some of the staff can be sarcastic with people with less knowledge, but overall they are quite competant.
Rate pricing: (1-10) 7 Definatly not the cheapest for SA:MP, sad to say.
Rate performance: (1-10) 8 Would be higher, if their hard drives didn't have a tendancy to die...

Rate control panel: (1-10) 7. Owner is always adding new stuff, then deciding it's actually rubbish and removing it, very annoying.
