Either the name of Kalcor is really Elvis, or this is his psvedonym, because in screenshots of SA-MP, you can often see Him in skin similar to the singer Elvis Presley.
Kalcor mentioned SA-MP 0.3.9 on the positive side, so most likely this version should be released soon, but it will most likely be the final one.
