So I have all ready. I opened the CMD Black thing, Its working fine.
But when I put my ip in the SA-MP Favorites list, It says Recovering... Ping: 9999 Players 0/0.
My Ip Begins by 216.99. So Its not a LAN problem Because im not runing it by 168.... Ip.
