From my knowlegde Ryzen benefits from high speed RAM, so I would change out the RAM for something in the 3000Mhz + range.
Developer workstation, but what are you developing? If it's just for SA:MP this should be more then sufficient, if you're working in a situation that requires VM's or Emulators (for example when building mobile apps) you might want to think about upgrading to a 6 or 8 core Ryzen and more RAM. You might also want to add a mechanical harddrive in there, for pure storage and something to install your programs on.
