[BUG] Flying planes drunk.

After playing around with the SetPlayerDrunkLevel function I've decided that it's awesome. Flying planes while drunk however, is not. The plane acts like the auto-pilot is overheating and it jumps from side to side. Heed my warning: Do not drink and fly.
