If you enter several different interiors, the objects disappear in 24/7, propably its samp bug or something with streamer, if you mix global objects with dynamic (removing and creating again in attarctions or something), i have this bug many times on my server. The easiest way to make your own 24/7 interior with streamer or just connect again.
I once had a jump as a global object (parking with CreateObject in OnGameModeInit) and after some time a real car park from GTA disappeared
