You need to update to the latest version of the streamer.

steps:
1. Click on the link above and click on samp-streamer-plugin-2.9.3.zip to download it.

2. In the archive you have the pawno folder, you are in pawno - includes and you will have streamer.inc there, take the streamer.inc file from there and put it in the folder from your gamemode, that is, in the pawno-includes of your gamemode .

3. You have the plugins folder in the archive downloaded above, you enter and copy streamer.dll and streamer.so from there and put them in the plugins folder of your gamemode.

4. Recompile your gamemode.
5. Start and see if it works
