Open cmd, type "ipconfig", copy your local ip address. Example, mine is 192.168.1.1
Open your router configuration webpage (mine is yet 192.168.1.1), go to port forward section, add 7777 TCP, 7777 UDP and your local ip address copied on ipconfig.
Save changes, reboot router.
Many people forwardes ports on their PUBLIC ip which is totally wrong. Ports should be forwarded to local ip. The modem/router will do the rest.
