Salve o cуdigo como mailer.php

Aqui vocк upa o arquivo no 000webhost:

Apуs upar verifique sua URL no gerenciador de arquivos

Copie o url e adicione no final:

Exemplo: app-12345.000webhostapp.com/mailer.php

Pronto, agora й sу colocar o url na definaзгo MAILER_URL (USE O SEU, CLARO)
