Seriously though OP, What are you on about with "how do GTA and SAMP work on a computer that doesn't have anything but an "User Files" file created by only executing the game... weird."?

I actually use a copied version of my installation, it's just clean and trusted (I have 3 physical copies of the game)... If you're downloading a shitty copy (Because there are many out there) then that's on you... You should buy the game, as then at least you can install a CLEAN version, which ONLY has what you installed.

Hell, so many of those downloads have mods already installed, and you running it, is risky AF... Anything in there, dll, or exe, can cause you to be infected... It's not worth the risk.

Do it properly.
