Uninstall the game and delete the folder, then re-install the game.

If you installed SA-MP addon, why? Because if it was to fix an issue, maybe the issue with the FPS wasn't with the addon itself, and more your machine/setup.


Many things don't work right when you simply don't try to configure them, or work them out...
