you could have got a FilterScript running whats stopping the server to Run, Try this
1. go in serverConfig
2. take all FilterScripts out but "adminspec" thats to power it i think
3. start putting the FilterScript names in 1 by 1 but run the server after you put one in
4. when you put one in and it crashes, BINGO you got it dude, After that just delete the script
it could be a GameMode your trying to run but then again, You got to go on RCON Admin Console to do that...
