OP, why are you wanting to use 0.3c? Is it the gamemode you are using, and if so, you're going to have a lot more work than just updating plugins.
You're going to have to go and update that gamemode to handle 0.3.7, and the updated plugins that it also uses.
You can't just update, and recompile a 0.3c gamemode, and think it will all be fine, there'll be many issues with it.
