zcmd is not case sensitive. Dont give out random answers. defining it /help and in game typing /HELP will still work. Make sure you have OnPlayerCommandReceived and OnPlayerCommandPerformed with return 1. It will work. Also remove, #if, #else and #endif lines. Not required.
