Free Host providers are almost never a good choice TBH. If you're planning a Community release, get a cheap VPS at a reputed service provider. Although, a Cheap VPS is not enough of what you might want, but for a start you're good to go.

Free hosts are suitable only for testing purposes. (like Beta and Alpha)
