Well, You gotta script it just like singleplayer, setting camera position and all. The server using Singleplayer like Ammunition have scripted it just like single player. There's no "Library" for it. You can download a GM from forums and have a look how they do it. I'm not saying to Copy and Paste Everything, but you can learn the method to do it.
