so as I am being Russian I'm developing my mod for the Russian community, I use SciTE to code, and I got all my encoding set there. In the editor itself Russian symbols display correctly, but when I use Russian symbols in print() or in sendclientmessage(), in console or in game I'm getting these weird symbol instead of my text, I am using windows 10 and my language for not-Unicode set as Russia, suggestions please?
