It seems that either your plugin or your include for the plugin is a different version than you want, maybe you were updating it and didn't update all of the files?

Try downloading the latest version of the plugin again and place ALL of the files where they need to go. (.inc in the ./pawno/include folder and the .dll or .so in the ./plugins folder).
