You know what you say is invalid, right?
In samp 0.3DL you can not replace, just add new things, besides, in order to add a vehicle, you need to modify a lot of data, in the data folder. (In case Kalcor would add another way to add vehicles)

So I go back and I repeat, impossible. (There is a 10% chance, that it can be done)
