Moveable checkpoint can mean so much that it's so vague.
All you need to do is recreate the checkpoint, by using a timer. If you want it to be smooth, depending on how much it's moving, you'll need a short timer, but if you don't need accuracy/smoothness, the timer can be longer.
A good timer for this would be a 1 second tick timer. Could go as low as half a second, but 1 should do fine.
