I doubt that you'll be able to as those 'tutorials' would've been based on old leaked code which will be very outdated, and it's not likely that this question will be received kindly.

If anything there was an anti-cheat plugin of some sort that the client would run a punk-buster-esque app which would look for the memory values being changed. No idea where that went, but I know a lot of people don't use it because it's a hindrance to get everyone to install that.
