Seems to be a coding bug, i'd say file a bug report, but it will probably be ignored anyways, since i havent seen this with anyone else.

Also,i am not sure how compatible SA-MP is with Windows XP nowadays.

You should stop using XP anyways, even Microsoft tells you so. You can get Windows 10 for about 5 bucks.
